The person responsible for the data is Enrique Sequí, who runs the independent AmaTisMo project.

What information we use and why
Newsletter
We keep your email address and chosen language to send AmaTisMo news. We do this because you request it when subscribing. You can unsubscribe from any message.
Volunteer applications
We use your name, age, language, role, email address, and comments to review the application and contact you. The form is only for people aged 18 or over. We do not ask for diagnoses, certificates, or medical information.
Reports and feedback
We use the report content, rating, optional email address, and any files you choose to attach to investigate problems and improve the project. Please do not include personal or sensitive information that is not needed.
Security and operation
The server may process your IP address, browser, requested address, and date to protect forms, limit abuse, and maintain security. The request limiter keeps a pseudonymised, hashed version of the IP address for a short period.
Why we can use this information
The newsletter, applications, and reports are handled following the voluntary action by which you send them to us. You may withdraw your consent at any time. To protect the website and prevent abuse, we rely on our legitimate interest in keeping the service secure while collecting only what is necessary.
Services that help us
To run the website and its features, we use service providers:
- Hostinger: website and database hosting.
- Brevo: delivery of the newsletter and related messages.
- Cloudinary: storage of files voluntarily attached to reports.
These providers may use infrastructure outside the European Economic Area. Where applicable, processing takes place under the contractual and legal safeguards offered by each provider. We do not sell personal information or use it for behavioural advertising.
How long we keep information
- Newsletter: while the subscription remains active. After unsubscribing, we may keep a minimal record to honour and document the request.
- Volunteering: normally up to 12 months after applying. If you join the project, we keep what is needed while the collaboration continues.
- Reports and files: while the issue is being investigated and normally for up to 6 months after the last activity. An unresolved issue may be kept for longer if it is still needed.
- Security logs: normally up to 90 days, unless needed to investigate an incident.
Your rights
You may ask to access, correct, delete, restrict or object to the use of your information, request portability where applicable, and withdraw consent. Write to contacto@amatismo.es. You may also lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency.
Children
Volunteering is restricted to people aged 18 or over. If you are under 14, do not send information through the newsletter or report form without permission from a parent or legal guardian.
